I purchased a Weber E330 from Brent around March 2012. What a fantastic BBQ, and at a price that couldn’t be beaten. Unfortunately, after a few months, a manufacturing fault meant some of the paint on the lid started to lift. As Brent is not an ‘official’ dealer, I contacted him with some fairly low expectations. However, in a repeat of the outstanding customer service I received when I bought the BBQ, Brent went out of his way to make things right and procured an entire replacement hood from the US for me. All up, I am thrilled with my purchase, both for the incredible Weber product and for the unparalleled level of service that USA Today have provided – Nov 2012

This was by no way any fault of brents but he was devastated and took it upon himself to see us right by getting the courier company to claim insurance and replace the damaged item which we now have.

His communication, committment and high standard of customer service and satisfaction in uncompromising and rarely matched in walk in retail outlets.

Just received by beats by dre mixr from USA today and the owner was real helpful and wiling to provide what his customers require. He kindly bought the Beats Mixrs for me on his trip to the US which I’m really grateful for as they are not even sold in retail here in New Zealand! Definitely a fantastic trade and excellent customer service skill. Highly recommended and would definitely trade with USA today with no worry.

Just finished unpacking and assembling our new Weber 200 BBQ.
I set aside a whole afternoon to put this together as often these kitset appliances are a nightmare to assemble,but NO I was all done in about 15 minutes.
Complete with cart we are up and cooking.

Now that my Weber Q300 bbq has arrived, I want to express my appreciation for the effort you went to from the very first enquiry e’mail I sent you, to the final correspondence advising that the machine had been dispatched with the consignment note numbers together with a telephone number to call, so it could be tracked.

You were always honest with the information you supplied and the quality of the bbq was just as you described, in fact it was a pleasure to assemble because of the precision of the parts and how they all fitted together.

all arrived ship shape , had our first bbq tonight with the new charcoal…and might i say they were the best lamb burgers ever , as i was driving home from work i could smell the deliciousness out on the street as i approached my house….and i thought i hope that’s my bbq as it smells awesome…….and yes it was. thanks again for the suggestion – i will look forward to using it again and when i run out – i will definitely send you a new order (no not the band silly..lol) thanks one more time for your help and awesome service – i shall recommend to my friends (even though allot of them don’t have charcoal bbq’s yet ) – any way have a geat weekend – i know i will – duck on the bbq tomorrow – yummmm

Just want to say how great it was dealing with this company, their prompt , courteous service and delivery. We wanted to give them the sale as they are a relatively new Company here in Auckland and a great team to deal with. I bought a Broil King BBQ from USA Today. More than happy with our purchase and well below what we would have had top pay from a retailer. I had to put it together myself which I was worried about. I managed to do this in a few hours and I’m not a practical person. I had a few questions during that process that were answered over the phone by USA Today. All very straight forward. We found USA today to be very honest and reliable, I personally meet this seller and found him to be very professional and very info rmative. I purchased the Sonos system from USA today as it was an amazing deal which I couldn’t overlook, the warranty was not an issue for me. The power plug had been converted to a NZ three pin plug by a registered electrician which I found most helpful as most appliances of this nature require an adapter.  Mark Sharman

 

Purchased a Sonos S5 through “USA today”. The product arrived very promptly complete with a NZ plug (not an adapter as provided by other parallel importers). All in all I got the same product as available through the Australian licensed distributor for almost half the price. With such a price differential the lack of an official domestic warranty seems of little importance. In the unlikely event of an issue one could purchase a replacement unit and be no worse off than if buying through the official distributor. Will happily buy again from “USA today” when I next need Sonos gear – M Johnson
